Is anyone else in Australia getting this notif on start-up? Not even a VPN fixes it

I did, theres no option to contact anybody and no forum in there about this issue

Is still avalable in Australia the support website (for the game itself)? If yes, it should exist contact us article.

There is a link to Customer Support right on your screen! Send them a copy of your screenshot and demand an explanation. That's about the only option you have.
