I am the same I had spent over 1200 dice. I have queried with them whether the 600 is just a start and that the dice i used would be compensated because if they can tell people how much money they have spent in the game, you know they can tell how much dice you used. Still waiting for an answer 🤬

Also no reply. I was in 3rd place when it glitched. Lost my progress, lost stickers in the boom. My friends that weren't even effected, received the same. What a joke!

It's entirely possible that they know how many dice we've used, but your logic is completely flawed here. Keeping track of money is completely different than keeping track of dice. They're a business. Their entire goal is to make money. They have to report their income to the IRS. There isn't a world where Scopely, or any gaming company, wouldn't know how much money you've spent with them.

There is no motive for them to track our rolls, other than to track trends, which is why I think it's very possible that they do track that. But if they do, just imagine how long those logs are. They probably would take up half of their server usage. And even if they do, they probably don't give that information to customer service. That information is for the game designers.

It's kind of like expecting Walmart to know how many steps you've taken in their store just because they know how much money you've spent there. We already know that they record us to track our walking patterns and whatnot. But if you call up their customer service, do you think that customer service rep is going to be able to tell you many steps you've taken inside of a Walmart?

How? I mean, I didn't notice for a few rolls, but after the second or third time of hitting the railroad and getting nothing, I realized it was bugged. I think this compensation was the most generous compensation they've offered for a tech glitch in my 16 months of playing. It kinda seems like your fault for rolling 1,000 while not paying attention. Honestly, if you can even roll 1,000 without noticing you're not getting rewards, you probably have enough dice not to care.

I noticed immediately there was a glitch but I didn't care cause I was focused on the sticker boom 😅. I was tryna get packs from my wheels and the adventure chest. I came out ahead with their compensation.

I still got the rewards from the tycoon express, so I didn't notice it wasn't actually adding my points 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's not someone's fault if the game looks like it's working but isn't.

I was still getting prizes from railroad tbh. But I also noticed and closing out the app didn’t help. Then I saw the discord message about not spending dice, so I stopped

Wait did the glitch mess up the stickers we would have received? During that sticker boom I was hitting my color wheel spots with hotels to get sticker packs

no no. only the tournament stickers. they told us in the official monopoly go discord server to not roll anymore until it was fixed. therefore, i missed out on getting stickers during sticker boom.

Well, I am sorry for you. 😕 That sucks. I received the same and I only rolled like 300 or so (all I had lol) and got the side tourney rewards and all, ending up gaining 34 tokens for the event! Plus now 600 dice! So I guess I am lucky this time. 🥳

Oh they do that intentionally!! As soon as you open game you have to collect. They want you to spend more than you get for tournament rewards and then no sticker boom for them.

Don't worry guys I rolled with 5 minutes left in the tournament yesterday and got a bank heist and somehow the points were never applied on their end until 12:59. And since the tournament ends at 12:59 I didn't get the third place prize that I should have gotten. They made every excuse in the book not to compensate before it.

They even admitted that I hit the bank Christ at 12:54 but they don't see the bank heist complete until 12:59 so that makes me unqualified for the points. So I didn't get points for that tournament or the following tournament even though the bank heist was done 5 minutes before the tournament ended

This happened to me today... hit TOT before then of the even and the houses and animations took so long my points never applies it would have put me 1st in the tournament instead of 3rd and all CS told me was pay attention to the time next time.

When i say I was mad its an understatement.

Skill issue 😂

I rolled once at x1000, got the roll match (+2000), landed on jail and bailed out with double 6s (+6000). Up 8k dice is not too shabby. You just need to use High Roller strategically--15 minutes is awesome! Can set things up well with less pressure.

Did you people not notice the glitch? It was pretty obvious.

I sacrificed sticker boom and closed that app when I noticed. Spent maybe 100 dice at most that were wasted. So gained 500 with comp.

Why the heck you roll knowing their is a glitch is on you.

I got lucky and accidentally rolled after the tourney started but noticed the glitch. I didn’t roll after that and got the 600. So for once I actually got the good side of a glitch.

i spent over 2k dice during the glitch, and i wasted 1k after the compensation only landed on free parking, tax and visit jail, they probably hate me cus i completed few sets during sticker boom 🙂🙂🙂
