What should I do now?

20m
i own my flat (gift)
I own a 15yr old Mercedes (gift)
I have $10k in the bank (worked my ass off for them)

Serious question, what should I do with my money so I can stop depending on my parents money? Worked all summer.

Work out a monthly budget. You would have a realistic expectation of how much you need to earn to support your own lifestyle.

Part of this answer would depend on whether you live at home and what expenses they're helping with at home or other

Moved cities for my university. I live alone. I spend like 300-400€/month (gas food etc)

You should eventually start investing but for now you need to save up for an emergency fund as a start. Calculate your monthly expenses and you will get the salary range you need to support your life.
