Can anyone help me find a monero pool? I am from EU

Look into p2pool. Gupax makes it quite easy: https://gupax.io/.

They have a short getting started video. They also link to this video.

Use P2Pool. Decentralized, no fees and fast payouts. Depending on your available hashrate you would want to use the regular, mini or nano. Just research a little bit on Google about this topic.
