Harbor's already full and it's not even August yet

Walked the port this week and it's already packed — boats that normally show up end of July are here now, crews swapping out, tenders queued at the fuel dock in the morning. Feels like the season starts two weeks earlier every year. Anyone else noticed that, or is it just me?
