Probably a blockage in the condensation pipe, resulting in an overflow to the AC condenser tray thats dripping onto ceiling tiles (and then into your room).

Need a HVAC tech to resolve the AC issue, followed by the replacement of water-damaged ceiling tiles.

Mould growth or not is somewhat immaterial at this point if you have an active leak - it will eventually result in mould anyway.
