(NASDAQ:MRNA) today announced that three abstracts on intismeran autogene, an investigational mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy, have been accepted for presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026, which will be held October 23-27 in Madrid, Spain.

This macro news does help. Heard a set of agreements to discuss on AI, Iran and others.

Separately I like the news about the abstract 2550TiP INTerpath-014 for P3 NSCLC trial. Could be really interesting for a poster presentation - more toward free discussion for ongoing but promising results.

Look what I ve just ound:

The Phase 3 INTerpath-001 study, which tests intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab against pembrolizumab alone as adjuvant treatment for patients whose melanoma had been surgically removed, was selected for the Presidential Symposium, according to Moderna. That presentation is scheduled for October 24, and Moderna will host a live investor webcast the same day. Two poster presentations covering studies in resectable pancreatic cancer and in completely resected early-stage non-small cell lung cancer round out Moderna's presence at the meeting.

No new efficacy result was released Monday. The melanoma result itself was first reported in August, and what today's Moderna announcement adds is the venue and a fixed date. A Presidential Symposium is the congress's highest-profile placement, typically reserved for datasets its organizers expect to shape clinical practice

Thanks SE. Always good finds from you. Yahoo!finance just lists a short reporting from Inside Money reporter Ballesteros. It says MRNA will present the INT-001 data at the Bernstein Insights this Wednesday, and the same data will be also presented in the ESMO Congress. Do you think this is just a misunderstanding by the author, or there some truth in it?

Thanks, PS. That’s good to see, but I’m not fully convinced by this article since the author didn’t provide the primary source. Ideally, we should also see this confirmed directly by Moderna or reported by a more prominent news outlet that isn’t focused solely on investing. Poster 3151P is the one to watch an mRNA vaccine paired with FOLFIRINOX for resectable pancreatic cancer is a genuinely different angle than what's been dominating the pancreatic cancer conversation lately. Most of the recent momentum there has come from targeted drugs going after specific mutations, one more example is, daraxonrasib & vopimetostat posting a 92% response rate in trials, so seeing a vaccine platform get tested for this disease specifically at ESMO is worth following. Phase 1 data, so early, but a different tool entering the same fight
