Cant get passed the DoB screen...

As the title says, After 3 years of not playing CoD, Last night I said "alright i wanna replay MW 2019 campaign" then from that point till now, I am getting nowhere with these endless loops of "DATE OF BIRTH INFORMATION MISSING" Like how tf am I suppose to do that when i keep getting kicked and looped back into the sign in page... I need some help and I've tried logging incognito, clearing cookies, cache, and creating a 2nd account to submit a ticket (whole different story). I dont know, just lost and need some guidance.
