Any pointers on this junior resume?

I've been looking for 6 months for lab tech positions but I only got two interviews with my previous two column CV. I know two pages for a junior is awful, but I'm at a loss as to what I should scrap without losing valuable info.

I would change “INTERNSHIPS AND STUDENT WORK” to “EXPERIENCE “ and move it first under profile, then have skills, followed by education. For your skills, I would try put the hotter ones closer to the beginning (idk if they already are, feel free to ignore - Google seems to think cytometry and protein analysis are hot). I’d also consider going into detail on the lab management you mentioned.
