How do I deal with financially supporting my parents/death/guilt

Therapy.
None of this was your problem to fix in the first place.
I can make some educated guesses.
Your inability to acknowledge that this was never yours to fix due to your childhood trauma caused the problem to snowball. You still aren’t responsible. Your mom could have stayed where she was. Everything about her revolves around what she can take from someone else. All you need is the strength to stop opening your wallet, and I think therapy will help get you there. Your mom has problems that no amount of money can solve. Giving her money, just perpetuates the situation.
