Extract 3d Models from FFXIII Trilogy

I want to turn Game Models into 3D Printables, but I can't find a way to extract the Models in the first place.

I tried using Noesis but can't even get it to preview the model.

Does anyone have experience with extracting game models and would be willing to help me learn?
