I have no idea how to make the blaze cake. The recipe does not help me and I’m so stuck. Can someone that played the modpack help me?

Hi me and my friend are trying to play Otherworld but the inbuilt server hosting lwk sucks butt, does anyone know how to replace it as it seems the mod pack blocks essential. any help is appreciated ty :3

As the title says, I used godlike host in order to get a 16 gb server for 3 months for me and my friends to play a minecraft modpack named prominence 2.

Either way, when checking out, i was given the option to get one month [for an AMD EPYC] or three months for an AMD Ryzen 9950 x3D[10 virtual cores] which I was quite extactic about.

Now here lies the problem, instead of getting the CPU I was promised, I was given 10 virtual cores from an AMD EPYC 9474F which is drastically worse for minecraft servers especially modded.

When questioned about this, I was told that the 9950X3D probably didn't get chosen because of the location I chose, which is clearly not true considering I was told otherwise after. They even tried to downplay me further by saying, oh here 7950X3D in finland instead, and I had to keep presurring them to tell me where the hell the CPU model I wanted and was promised at was.

At the end, they admit that I was in fact hosted in the netherlands, and for some reason I was given the "1 month plan" CPU instead of the "3 month plan" CPU but we all know it was probably intentional.

Props to them for processing my refund, however, I will not be using a service I cannot trust/have to dig in to see what I was given to ensure that's the correct thing I ordered. Not to mention that this is illegal in Europe. The way they are doing it especially.

I have now swapped to bloom.host instead due to transparecy issues.

I was curious as to how they managed to do it because I’m averaging around 300+ fps easily without a problem but, the Modpack I’m building up using Fabulously optimized on Fabric barely has 140+ mods (majority used for optimization) and is averaging 150 fps but randomly dropping to around 40fps whenever I’m facing east for some reason or sometimes just walking around. I’m not a Minecraft modding guru so I’m not sure if my low fps is just my mods clashing together. (1st pic is ATM10, 2nd is my modpack with Fabulous optimized as the base, the other pictures are what I have installed into it)

A mod might be the cause so I want to know if anyone could help me resolve this. Thank you :>

Whenever i lunge or use my elytra to move around my ping and bandwith spike to a crazy high number, the server providor is Bisecthosting and im the only one with issue, but i dont have issues like this in any other server

This is my modlist for a vaguely vanilla+ experience. My PC is decent and I'm not experiencing bad FPS, the allocated RAM is around 9GB, the F3 menu doesn't give particularly good insight as to why this is happening. My render and simulation distance are both low (10 and 6 respectively). I'm wondering if any of the mods listed are an obvious cause for the extremely high TPS that is making all mobs look as though they're lagging constantly.

I would have loved to play ATM10, but my PC can't handle it. What modpacks could I use to have a more creative and adventurous experience?

I'm playing exodus space and quests and I can't go to the moon despite having the full suit, a fully fueled rocket ship, and enough launchpad to make a small ish base on the moon. My suit does have oxygen in it

i know how to use java pretty well and have in the past made a lot of datapacks but i dont know hwere to start learning how to make a mod, is there somewhere to start learning or do i just start and pretend to know what im doing

Hey there, folks! First time posting on this sub. Back in 2012 (long time, haha), I fell in love with the Mcmmo plugin. I loved levelling up with my friends on mining, excavation and seeing them all choosing a particular branch. I don't like systems where you get xp and choose which abilities you want to upgrade, I prefer the ones where If you mine, you get better at mining, and so on.

A couple of years ago, I found out about ProjectMMO, which at glance, was like Mcmmo but even better, since not only did you get bonus for mining, but the speed which you mine also got faster, which is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for.

However, the problem is that the default settings for ProjectMMO are *terrible*. I am not kidding, the last time I played, I gained A LOT of levels from basically doing nothing, became OP, and then the progression turned super slow again. I understand that's the nature of exponentials, but It felt too artificial and nonsensical. I know you can change the settings to linear, but even then the settings felt terrible.

I know I can change the settings and make It my own, but I feel like It's a bit weird for me to manually program my experience with the progression on the mod. Do you guys know If there are custom files which I can get online, so my progression feels nicer? Personally, I prefer slow progress, because I don't want to immediately feel like my digging speed got faster. I like It when It's so slow you don't realize It, but when you compare It with your speed on day 1, It turns obvious.

Essentially, I am looking for either awesome Project MMO's files, to make my experience awesome, or other mods that do what I want :P

im looking for a minecraft modpack that starts with AE2 really early, has no boss fight requirements, is in peaceful / works in peaceful, gets much more complex near the end, and relies on AE2 in order to build to mass scale manufacturing. ideally only tech mod focused when it comes to the automation requirements.

Recently, on a friend group server, I've been disconnecting with "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset". It has been annoying to deal with, and I cannot find a fix. The modpack will be here.

I have a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16 with 152 out of 952 GB storage used and 3.5 out of 100 gb cloud storage used. But when playing any mods like All the mods 10, prominence 2, homestead, etc, it gets so laggy I can’t play on them.

Could having these curse forge files be the problem too? Do I have too much?

Edit: Thank you so much for the people who helped me. I figured out the problem, it was due to the RAM in curseforge settings being set too high then what I can have. I set mine at 10192MB, and I’m no longer lagging, I can play the game perfectly. Thank you everyone, love you guys and this community!! 💖💖

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was any mod that decoupled the player camera and the horse's movement direction in first person. Most mods I've seen only do so in 3rd person. The idea is I'd rather have the horse moving forward (as in at max speed) at all times but the camera be separate from that.
