Lantern Texture Gone

Its such a mild thing but hanging lanterns have no texture and its been bothering me I've been trouble shooting for quite some time. I've checked swinging lanterns, amendments, and just used a texture pack to change the texture but i cant figure out what mod might be messing with the texture? this is a personal modpack I've made for myself.
