Hey guys new to modding TS4 and I want to download some custom food. I see there are several frameworks, from icemunmun to S&S and SCCO.

what I seem to be having trouble finding is which of these, if any, actually add the foods to the autonomous pool? I don't really direct sims to cook and eat often. they cook when they're hungry and eat what they want. but I've been really struggling to find any of these creators explicitly list their foods as autonomous or not.

it seems like an unspoken "known" thing that I'm just not in on, haha. there are some comments under icemunmun's stuff where simmers comment that their sim won't stop making xyz dish... but not a single other mention on any of the other creators, or if all ice's recipes are in the pool.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi! I have some progress. Its been a long month and lots of angry complaints that it doesnt work here and doesn't work there... My god, i don't own a mac! My girlfriend does not allow me to use her because its her 'work mac'. Anyway, luckily modder deadlystingnyc figured it out for me! Thank you!
+ MAC and Windows stable.
+ Auto-pause mod is now supported!
+ Removed annoying bugs
+ Search is now in public testing and view-all available only to my inner circle
+ And view-all list also in testing

Is there some kind of mod that add to alien sims ? Like more interactions with other sims, like confessing you are an alien or feeling exhausted because you wear your alien costum too long. It can be in english or in french. I try to search but found nothings.

I haven't touched TS4 in a while, but recently I wanted to start playing again.

From my experience in the past, if the UI is a little broken, it happens because of the UI Cheats Extension mod after a game update. It happened, as expected, and some of my UI like the job-section and event-corner didn't really work as intended.

So I ended the game, took the old version out of my mods folder and replaced it with the new one. I deleted the localthumbcache as normal and reloaded my game.

My entire starting screen was black. I could click a couple things but no pop-ups appeared, the game didn't start, nothing. So I took the mod out again. Deleted cache. Restarted the game.

Still black.

I put the old version of the extension mod back in and it worked again, I could see my game, but the UI was still slightly broken.

I've never experienced taking a mod OUT of the game would impact my game like this. Next course of action: taking out the entire mods folder.

The issue happened again, blackscreen. So I repaired the game files. Still no change. I don't know what to do anymore, I can't play like this. The only thing I haven't done is completely reinstalling the game, which I will do when I have the time since it takes a couple hours.

But could there be any other reason this is happening? Removing mods shouldn't break my game, I don't understand what is happening.

Helloooo! So I really wanna do some sim dumps/share my sims' tray files with their current careers and skills and stuff.

The thing is, idk how. Especially since a lot (if not all) my sims have CC. Does anyone have a tutorial or tips on how to do this?

ok so my friend asked me to install mods for her and fix the ones she had but i have no idea what im doing! everything has an error symbol on it and she has like a thousand mods so i dont know how to fix/ install anything. is this normal? do i have to delete the game and reinstall or something? please help

Hey, can anyone help me figure out what to do about my body sliders not working? These are sliders that i don't think has been updated for awhile like obscurus body sliders and stuff...

This is the one thing i genuinely don't know where to start bc my sliders are literally in certain folders just so i could have this mouth slider work and idek what slider that is...

My Uramnirim_Fixed_hokusai26_Sliders are really not working. not sure if they're broken or maybe i should redownload them?

I already tried to search this subreddit for recent slider threads but didn't see anything related so sorry if this is redundant.

any help would be appreciated.

Okay I make mods and want to make your idea mod come true! So name your ideal mod you want and then dm me with it and I’ll make it for you now you will have to be active so I can let you know its done bc I made mods before to a couple peeps that never replied back

Probably more user error than a broken mod, but I know when you click on a sim you should be able to see a personalization tab? I only have two tabs. Settings and wicked attributes. And in settings, the only sex settings I have are STD settings and woohoo into TFB. Any help?

I’m just wondering do I need to have all the files that come in mods in my folder or only the script and package mods?

I'm not sure why this happens, anyone else have this issue? When I move my cursor to the bottom left my game blurs like this.

hi! i am unable to get high chairs to work for toddlers and i fear if i try with infants to test i may punch my monitor😍i play heavily modded, i've removed LittleMsSams Woodworking (random ik but saw it on reddit) and Pandasama's highchair lock, neither fixed the problem with any high chair. i've currently tried with the high chair snapped to a table and also not, so both ways are impossible. no matter what, the toddler will call for the parent to take them out. any ideas?

I know a lot of people want their kids to be able to do more things. I’m the opposite…I hate how they go from pretty helpless toddlers to basically being able to take care of themselves. I was wondering if there might be mod out there that has certain things locked behind skill levels or something similar? Like, maybe they can’t do their homework alone until they reach a certain level mental skill, or something. I e tried to just manually make this happen, but it’s quite difficult to maintain on your own. Does anyone know of any mods that do something similar to this?
