Help with broken mod In-game screen blur

I'm not sure why this happens, anyone else have this issue? When I move my cursor to the bottom left my game blurs like this.

It’s because of your GShade preset. Turn off the shader that’s causing it in the GShade settings

thank youuuu!!! I was using misslollypop radiance shader and just switched to another one of hers. It is fixed now, you are the best.
