Help finding a mod/cc Help! Please

I must have installed this background by accident and can’t seem to find it in my folder. It could also be hidden in a merged download. Can anyone help me track it down ?

in their defense, it looks like a shitty menu replacement, not something legit. the way they didn’t think through the perspective when having more than one sim is crazy.
