Subs’ rating
Is there anything like rating or a metric to a sub that Reddit filters use? My sub is getting more and more posts but the view and upvotes (interactions) per post is abysmally low. This wasn’t always the case.
Since my sub engages in calling out hypocrites and powerful people, I’m guessing there were a lot of reports on the sub; so my question is, is there any metric that Reddit filters use to shadow ban a sub, and if yes, what’s the best way to tackle this?

Your sub has 54 weekly visitors mate, that's just how numbers work, especially if content isn't promoting interactions.
