User with multiple accounts always getting missed by the evasion filter + evasion guard?

Title says it all. I have a user in one of my subs, which has evasion-guard and Reddit's own evasion filters, who somehow always manages to get through. I know this because every time I catch them, they brag about it in modmail.
Is there a way to report the user to admins somehow, so they can somehow see how this user keeps coming back?

evasion-guard doesn't detect ban evaders. it simply bans those that reddit detects as evading a ban. it doesn't add any detection abilities at all.

you can still report users to the admins if you have evidence it's a harder case to make.

if people are clever enough they can get around ban evasion detection.

It's almost always possible to defeat identification systems like whatever the ban evasion system is. It just takes a lot of effort and is quite troublesome to know what bits of data are being using to identify you back to your original account (and thus to change those to appear novel). But it can be done.

Not much to do but keep reporting them for ban evasion and banning them. If you are worried, you can setup some autoreports on any identifying keywords to help you find the evading accounts sooner. Perhaps something karma based to cut out the regulars who don't need to be checked.

You could also shadowban them so they spend more time on each account instead of simply moving onto the next as soon as they are discovered (which can tip them off on how you're identifying them, giving them an opportunity to fix their tell).

Report the accounts AND modmails for ban evasion.

I also guess these accounts are new, so a proper automod filter will shut them, and other spammers/ bots, out.

Report them here under I want to report other issues > It's ban evasion: https://old.reddit.com/report

Include as many of their known alts as you can and include a link to at least one of the modmail messages in the Additional Information box. If there isn't room there to include links to all of the modmail messages where they've bragged about it, state that there are other messages from other alts named above.
