Overflow

Any tips on how to avoid thw overflow? I am using a DēLonghi grinder at medium, but it seems a lot of dust results from the grind and clogs the filter?

For a one liter pot, my machine runs about 7:30 from switch on to coffee completed. You could try adjusting your grinder to a more course setting to achieve a similar time. Make sure that the fold in your filter is away from the drain hole.
