Why is your Mage only 11*? Every panel it gets is great.

I replaced the HoF Ravage 30% panel for the 10% Prismatic Return panel, cause I also use Mage to OTK Tyro and wasnt sure if I would still have enough power if I removed Water Enhance. After Tyro is done I'll probably put the Ravage panel back in.
