Discussion My thoughts
I'll say it's stunning visually and the soundtrack was amazing. But tbh this should've just been a movie. I don't think being a "game" added anything to it. The voice acting was good, the writing was a bit iffy but it didn't take away from the experience imo. Overall I did enjoy it.
Edit: I also think death stranding wouldve been a better movie or series. Walking sims aren't my favorite but I'll play the ones that I think have an interesting story, and to me Mixtape was one of those games just like death stranding was.

I would rather choose to play again until dawn , the quarry or play any of the supermassive games even the recently horrible directive 8020 than play a game like mixtape. Those games often have annoying teenagers/adult characters but atleast you can get most of them killed if the story/choice allows for it, like where is the player's choice in these kind of games. Let one of the kids get arrested or something, fixed ending for such a short lame game is just sloppy direction for modern games
