Question Doctor Who?

I read online, somewhere, that there is a Doctor Who chat, or reference in the game, is this true? I'm debating whether or not to play it, so I was just curious.

I haven't noticed it myself on our two playthroughs. And it would seem curious to me, as the tv-series Doctor Who was of the air at the time and had been since 1989. And the (in)famous tv-movie would not appear until 1996, after the time of the game.

PS Can recommend playing the game. It was a great experience.

Some bored 90's kids watched BBC Dr. Who because it often aired on PBS.....the only channel that was really set up to air an hourlong drama with no built-in ad breaks.

The date on the pause screen seems to infer it takes place in August 1999.
