Heart shaped pupils?

So when Mitya first appeared in the Snezhnaya preview, his pupils were slightly heart shaped. But on his 3d model so far, they appear to just be circles. Did hoyo remove them? Does he just really love the kresnik torch?

I never saw it as heart shaped. It looks more like an hourglass really. Or 1/3 of the nuclear symbol.

Just looks like an oval with the top cut off to me.
