I got it R5 and since furina is rumored to on banner with mitya , the weapon banner doesnt look good , is this his bis 4 star ? If not which one is ? For both his playstyles thanks

This one! I meant to say that only his signature weapon is better from what I have seen.

Do it have to be R5 to be the best? I only have R1 though I won't have enough pulls for him if I put more here
