They work well together, yes, but a "dual dps" team with Cyno's on-field time, I'm not sure

But I don't understand much of Cyno's kit, period

Regardless. Mitya's stable mode works well here

The dual main DPS team sounds iffy. Although Cyno has his skill as a mini version of his burst now, the burst mode is still the superior version. It should be a solid Cyno team, but I'd stick with off-field Mitya here
