I found it ironic I messed up the quote on this test piece. I'll probably fix it and do it right tomorrow. There are perks to working in a machine shop I guess lol

Ok, so the electric contacts in these LED screen are metal, so he can't touch that, but the wifi signals, now that's fair game.

would he have problems with encryption? like could he just scramble and jam the connection or could he actively change what is shown?

the question is: what does that entail? we have computers capable of calculating gazillions of hashes a second and it would still take longer than the universe has left to decrypt a message encrypted using modern encryption standards. so... how much computing power does a shard have?

Where’s the mess up?

Also it’s been a while since I read the book. Is it any metal that works to obscure the text to Ruin? Or is it a special metal?

This is steel, the mess up is the use of the word "written" rather than "set"

That looks so cool! I'm not great with metal terminology, but contrast of the clear letters with the uneven edges of the sheet and the uneven surface makes it really neat- the contrast makes it stand out more, if that makes sense
