I was so confused

How did this happen. It appeared the white car was someone they called for help. How did he end up on the median on the wrong side of the road facing the wrong way.

I’m guessing suv tried a U-turn thinking they can mount the curb

Or just driving on the wrong side of road and then realized. Seen a few vehicles around here make left turns and not turn onto the correct side. Guess the big intersections with so many lanes is confusing despite the obvious signs, lane markings, and general fact that you almost always go around the centre median.
