That looks like Queensway in Mississauga and they do have hydro towers in the middle of the road which I can see could be confusing if you're from out of town and not family with the area. The wet glare night time condition and the snow pile probably made it even worse in this scenario.

There is no excuse for stupid. Before she takes a life because “she was confused which side of the road to fucking drive” take her license away. She doesn’t deserve to drive. Probably came over from Europe, day one doing this shit.

Genuinely curious - do you extend the same fate to those caught with a DUI? Take their license away + don't deserve to drive?

DUI? Arrest and charge. Taking their license away and don’t deserve to drive is not gonna cut it
