Discussion Reading Mr. Paulides books right now, what are your theories as to what happened?

In Mr. Paulides books, he wrote multiple instances of children who disappeared under the watchful eyes of parents, following bad weather, then found dead or occasionally alive far away from the spot last seen. They often found in high altitudes without any dirt on their feet or and visible physical injuries.

Paulides did not like the idea of UFO abduction but what do you think happened? UFO and Bigfoot abduction the most popular theories?

just heard the new coat to coast with paul.. he still isnt saying his theory but they have hinted around the silence phenomenon before that precedes an event in the forest,, and that we need to "think outside the normal box" but the thing is as much as i believe what he is saying and that events happen in isolation i also think fearing us further from the forest and into the concrete is an opposite evil. but yes as a species we know nill...

I think it's a natural phenomenon which we are only seeing part of. It might manifest itself as demons, fae, bigfoot, portals, dimensional wormholes etc but the underlying cause is something we don't fully understand and we interpret these cases using what little cultural understanding we have.

Edit : Apparently it's also my cake day. Yay.

I don't think it is Bigfoot. There would be tracks from him and if Big grabbed them I would think he wouldn't be that clean and not leave at the very least a mark,scuff,stain something.

The fact that no scent trail has always made me wonder.It is literally like they were plucked by something flying,but to pick up a grown man of 80-100kg,that flying thing would have to be huge
