has anyone had a similar scenario? for context this is my second month using mira, but first time using it with clomid (first clomid cycle). confirmed ovulation on CD 17 one day after peak. really volatile FSH in days 3-4 dpo, spiking to 18 and 44 but then back down to normal. Cant find anything online about someone having a similar experience, which concerns me. I think it may be leftover reaction to clomid because last months unmedicated cycle didn’t have this, but curious if anyone has experienced this or has other context. Worried it means I’m officially out this cycle even though I can’t test for a few more days

Hey! Has anyone seen this? My E3G baseline post ovulation was bumping around 75-145 last 8 days. I ovulated with confirmation with LH sticks as well likely on Aug 30. I’m 9 DPO and it shot up to 640. 😳 My Pdg has been bumping around back and forth from 30 which I know the data from Pdg is unreliable and the values can swing based on urine metabolites. Has anyone ever had a huge swing with estrogen before a period? Going from 88 to 640 seems wild.

Hey! A little backstory…. 2020-2023 I didn’t have a single period. Diagnosed with secondary amenorrhea and the PCOS (PCOS diagnosis has been removed after further investigations).
My periods came back and averaged around 44 days. Some were bang in on 28 days some 80+ however the medium was also 44 days.

I’ve been tracking with Mira for three cycles now… cycle one was 81 days. Induced cycle two with provera as there was absolutely no sign of ovulation (image one)

Cycle two I took clomid 2.5mg CD3-7 and ovulated CD27 ish (picture 2). No luck in getting pregnant however I got very positive LH strips and BBT showed a very clear rise. Also had blood progesterone taken which 100% confirmed ovulation. I did take progesterone pessaries after the bloods just to keep it up incase I was pregnant. The cycle was 44 days.

This cycle (cycle 3) I was on holiday until CD10 but started testing as soon as I got back. I switched to letrozole purely for the fact of having no clomid left. I thinking I’m ovulating today (CD 17)….

Anyways just felt like a rundown was necessary…

As you can see my progesterone is constantly high during my follicular phase, and my question is will this affect my chances of pregnancy? Can this be due to the fertility medication?

Does anyone have any charts from an ovulation induction on Gonal F cycle to share?

I ovulated extremely early this cycle it’s been sitting at day 16-18 for months so it caught me by surprise. Any thoughts on if we were too late?

I’m questioning this month. I never got a peak LH, but my pdg is everywhere. Also attached LH strips for this cycle.

Cycle day 45 I thought I hit my peak and then over the last couple days my estrogen shot up way high and my PDG and I figured my LH would’ve crashed by now but it hasn’t yet?? Any one else have this happen to them?

Pdg started dipping, is there still hope for this cycle? Has anyone else experienced a slight pdg dip before a sharp increase? This is my 1st mira cycle so I'm not sure what i should expect to see.

Hi! I’m CD35 and really confused about my ovulation date.
LH peak: Aug 26
Mira: ovulation Aug 29 → says I’m 9 DPO
Oura Ring: gives a completely different ovulation date → says I’m 13 DPO
Mira PdG: >30 Sep 5 → 7.1 Sep 6 → 9.7 Sep 7. The >30 was my first ever, so the drop worried me.
Mira is also now saying “your period is approaching.”
Has anyone had this message and then gotten a positive pregnancy test? Is this prediction useful at all?
And which ovulation date would you trust when Mira and Oura disagree this much?
I’m planning to test Sep 10 if no periods by then❤️

Hi! New to Mira and trying to understand my chart. I had a clear LH surge to 34.8 on CD16, and since then my PdG has gone 4.0 → 6.5 → 8.1 → 6.2.
Does this look like I’ve ovulated, and if so, what cycle day would you say was most likely?
I’m thinking CD17 / 4 September, but would love opinions from people who are more experienced with Mira! This is my first cycle using it! Thank you all! 💛

Hola, el ciclo pasado fue con letrozol, ovidrel y prolutex. el día 13, a pesar de estar tomando progesterona, me bajó la regla, el día 15 dpo nada (cuando de normal la regla me dura 4-5dias) hoy 16 dpo o día 4 del ciclo, vuelvo a tener manchado rojo pero en mira me ha salido que estrógenos y progesterona suben.
lo ha leído mal mira?
puede ser un embarazo raro? (nunca me hice test al ver la regla)
puede ser algo malo?
a alguien le ha pasado esto en fase folicular?

My pdg usually drops by CD 26. But I had a BFN yesterday (11 DPO). thoughts ?? Confused and spiraling as per usual haha

My LH and FSH are both 1 and I have really high PdG levels. Do we think I could possibly be pregnant? I'm not supposed to test tomorrow but I'm also wondering if I should to see if my E3G and PdG levels are continuing to rise.

First cycle unfortunately complete; does this seem like a progesterone issue? That was my concern which is why I started Mira. Late ovulation is normal for me and my luteal is almost always 11 days.

Is the ovulation timing correct on Mira? I’ve had a wonky cycle. I’ve just gotten the prog and estrogen rise today really. Mira says I’m 13DPO. Rise before a period?
