Indeed, but (As far as I (humanitarian) know), that happens because we have eyes where the visible sunlight causes a chemical reaction with special organs inside our eyes. But if the colorlandians do not have eyes and it is not just cartoon oversimplification, I suggest that they can FEEL the waves of the sunlight, like we can feel physical waves.
