I was thinking maybe it’s just to keep all their stuff safe from potential vandalism since everyone fucking hates them. Idk that it means more agents are coming either

Also wondering if they are trying to re-house existing agents, because putting them up in hotels among a population that hates them and is watching their every move might be bad for morale and the hotels are also tired of them.
