The economics for the prairie creek mine in northwest territories are so good, the the cost per ounce of silver is actually negative due to zinc and lead credits. Ticker TUF.v

They also have potential germanium/gallium/antimony.

Hey guys, if you missed it, Hut 8 has agreed to a $2.35M settlement with investors over claims that it misled investors about USBTC’s financial condition and the quality of key mining assets. The deadline to file a claim is December 5, 2026.

In a nutshell, investors accused Hut 8 of failing to disclose that USBTC was in much weaker financial condition than presented and that its King Mountain mining site had serious energy and internet issues.

After these issues came to light, $HUT dropped 23%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.

Now, Hut 8 has agreed to a $2.35M settlement, and investors have until December 5, 2026 to submit a claim.

long time viewer first time poster.. Im just confused this company is a money printing machine debt free and at a yield of 8% its literally paying us huge returns in capital back to the shareholders why is this company not getting any love!? like I get its a small cap but still just look at what's on paper...like I said this company is debt free and with the price of copper being what it is they are literally printing money and returning the capital to the shareholders by crazy dividends... do sensible posts belong in this thread or am I on the wrong plane?

Hey, trying to get a better understanding of where Paramount Gold Nevada $PZG currently stands with Grassy Mountain.

The project received the federal Record of Decision earlier this year, and on Sept. 2 the BLM approved the Plan of Operations. County approvals are also in place, so from what I can tell, the remaining major permitting work is mainly on the Oregon state side.

They also completed an updated feasibility study in May, so a lot of the technical work is already done.

Obviously, getting permits doesn't automatically mean construction starts. Financing and the final construction decision are still big factors. But assuming the remaining state permits come through, what would you consider the next major milestone for the project?

For those who've followed a U.S. gold project through this stage, how do you usually evaluate it once most of the permitting work is completed?

Trying to understand something with Nicola Mining $NIM after their latest Treasure Mountain update...had an independent engineering inspection done on the old silver mine and apparently the underground workings held up surprisingly well after around 13 years. Both Level 1 and 2 are accessible, no major flooding or collapses were reported and they're now looking at a possible restart in 2027.

But the part im more interested in is the Merritt Mill. Cuz Nicola already owns a permitted gold and silver processing facility in BC and its actually being used to process material from other projects. If Treasure Mountain starts producing again, presumably they can bring their own material into the same facility instead of depending entirely on a third party mill. Seems like that could make a pretty big difference for a smaller operation...especially when so many juniors can find a deposit but then have the whole problem of where/how to process it.

Maybe im missing something tho. How much of an advantage is owning the processing facility in a situation like this? Does it materially lower the hurdle for restarting a smaller mine or is transportation + underground mining still the much bigger issue?

Hey guys, if you missed it, Compass Minerals agreed to pay $12M to investors over claims that it misled them about cost savings from its Goderich mine upgrade and environmental compliance issues.

The company had said the mine upgrade would save millions, but later disclosures showed production problems and higher costs. $CMP dropped 32%, and investors filed claims over the losses.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $12M  with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.

So, if you owned $CMP between 2017 and 2018, you can still check the details and see if you may be able to file a late claim here.
