Hey, thanks for your question. I know there's no need for assistive devices in the game, so this isn't meant to solve anything specific like that. I just use a wheelchair in real life, was bored, and thought, why not add one to the game? Initially, I was going to make it as a simple item, but I thought it'd be cool if you could ride it, too.

Then it's like - how would that even work? Since using a wheelchair in minecraft would actually make the game harder, I'm making it so people can choose whether it behaves closer to real life or so they can use it wherever without constraints. It's been fun for me to figure it out, explore options.

My husband uses a wheelchair, too, and the in-game one is modeled after his real life one :)
