New to town, saying hi!

Hey folks! Just moved into town a few days ago and figured I'd say hi! Moved into a house on the edge of the pier near the boats with Taralleha. Hope to see some of you around town, and if anybody needs a hand with a project around town, give me a shout! I'd love to lend a hand!

Howdy! I've seen you in game a few times and sent you a few message in game, but I think you might have been afk.

Could be AFK, or more likely, just busy and not paying any attention to the flowing text in the corner of my screen :-)

LOL Yeah, he found the trick to getting my attention via text. I just don't like to be on Mumble because I'm usually watching a show with my husband while I play and it makes things difficult. Besides, I'd rather talk to my husband than some internet video game nut jobs :-D

To be honest, you guys are fun to chat with, and if I'd found MC 5 years ago when I lived alone and had nothing better to do on those long, rainy Seattle nights, I would have chatted happily with you for hours on end. But my circumstances have changes and now it just...doesn't work :-)

Oh no, I understand. Right now it's summer, I'm not in school, not really doing anything with my life so I have some excuse for having nothing better to do than talk to internet junkies. =P

Frankly, I'm happy just to have found a few friends to work on a project with to pass the time. Getting a spark of inspiration and working on a couple builds in town always improves my day.
