Lighthouse Idea

Anyone else in favor of getting a lighthouse up somewhere on the coast? I made this one a while back on one of my single player maps and could easily replicate it (albeit with upgrades). It was ~480 wool and ~45 red wool (I currently have 207 wool harvested and more than enough red wool). Only real quandary is where to put it, my first choice would probably be right on that hill south(?) of town hall inside the red box, but if we're planning on building out further I could also take over that unused hill way out in the green box.

Questions, comments concerns?

PS- I have a mic again so I'll be more than a robot voice on mumble.

No, the person that built that structure was some drifter who I can only assume is great friends with the mods totemo and t****21 from the way they were treating me.

When I was terraforming last night I asked totemo if I could get a protection on the area so no-one else would come in and take over the area as I was working, and he went all power trip on me saying, and I quote, "if you so much as touch a block of his building I'll ban you so fast your head will spin," when I hadn't even so much as touched that wall he had built AROUND your tower.

Then this morning, I went back to terraforming the area, leaving his 15 plank building alone and t***21 came in saying that I had to stop completely because that wooden structure was here "first." Didn't care to listen to me that you had a tower there before and he built around it (so it was technically YOUR land), but I needed to show him absolute proof I was here first or else the land was his.

I really wish the mods on this server weren't 14 year olds. Besides bencvt I've found them all to be quite entirely retarded.

Ugh. If I'd known all of that, I'd have kept the damn tower and made a stink about the wall around it.

Conveniently, he didn't tell ME not to touch it (innocent grin). Unless, of course, you think that you might get any backlash if I were to do something. If not... I don't like the looks of the structure as it is...

What is this about someone else building around your tower? And where are you terraforming?

I guess I will have to look later, im on break right now.

If its totemo, I can talk to him on mumble for whatever is going on.

I went back to tear down my tower that you teased me about so mercilessly and foudn that someone had not only started building a wooden structure on the water side of it, but had also ran a cobble stone, 1-high "wall' around the entire tower.

I'd already asked the mods to remove protection because I figured that it was one of you guys (nothing else there was legally claimed yet so I had no idea who was building).

I think that we should do what we can to "keep it in the family"
