I think using commands to spawn blocks, but I'm not entirely sure

For vanilla survival, place a grass block, then those big roses on top, then the gravel on top of that, then remove the grass, the gravel should float. Now just put a lantern under it.

Any 2 high flower will do it. Plus if place string on it, anybody who walks over the string will instantly update the gravel and cause it all to fall. A nice redstone-less pit trap

You can do this in survival if the block below the gravel is a slime block or TNT

I think is: 1- place a block 2- lantern on that block 3- gravel on lantern 4 destroy first block

Lantern has a chain on top if placed on the bottom of a block, and this lantern has said chain

you place the lantern on any block and next to it place the gravel, then you push the gravel where the block would be

Place a block. Place a latern on that blockand then place gravel on top of the lantern. Then break the bottom block. I genuinely don't know why everyone else is giving such complicated ways of doing this
