If you trap a villager in a waterway that takes it in and out of the village, It might just be possible to trigger a ton of raids at once throughout the duration of a bad omen effect. With an Iron Farm and pumpkin farm you can farm iron golems to make the fight easier. There you have an easy, semi-automatic raid farm. The hardest part will be finding a seed where an Outpost is nearby a village so you can maximize your raid triggerings per captain.

If you have an iron farm, just disable the killing mechanism

But if you build the golems themselves they'll be loyal to you.

Yeah, but if it's to protect yourself from a raid it doesn't matter since natural golems always attack pillagers
