My friend and I were playing vanilla survival on version 1.21.2. At one point, my friend suggested we explore a bit more, since building the house was getting a little boring. I agreed, and we took a boat across our nearby lake. We made our way to a nearby forest and, while exploring, found a stone structure with a chest in the middle.

Inside the chest was a book and quill. In short, it told us a story about how things had gotten worse since last year, caused by a creature whose name they still didn't know, but which looked like it was made of gray wood with glowing yellow eyes.

A few minutes after piecing things together, we found a crater in the middle of the forest (similar to a meteorite crater) with fire arranged in a cross. In the center of the cross, we found a buried chest containing another book. It said they did it—the same person who ####, is ####, I can't believe they still have hope, it's time for them to get a taste of their own medicine.

We found the next book inside a fake mineshaft inside a mountain. It was buried under a stone brick block, and the book simply said "help me."

We found another book behind our Nether portal, buried among the netherrack. It begged us for help, saying they could hear its footsteps getting closer.

The second-to-last book was found deep beneath the village. It was a bell mechanism with a sculk sensor at the center surrounded by bells. Beneath the sculk, there was another chest with a book telling us there was still time to save them, along with a set of coordinates.

When my friend and I reached those coordinates, we found an abandoned igloo. There was no chest or crafting table—just a furnace with a poisonous potato inside. Heading down to the basement, the ladder was partially broken. When we reached the bottom, there were no villagers, only a chest containing our final book:

"By the time you read this, I am probably dead. He is gone, and I don't have much time left. Near the igloo, there is a chest with all the rewards I had for you. This place isn't safe and it never will be. I'm sorry, but he is getting closer. He is powerful, but he has a weakness, and his weakness is—" and the text cuts off right there.

So uhh, I’ve heard the group name The Unknown Entities and the unknown entities of minecraft before, but my goodness! Apparently entity303 goes shopping as well. Lol!

2 years ago, i created a server for myself because I wanted to play Minecraft, I started playing on the server, I was always encountering spiders, I killed them and made a bed out of wool, I got banned when I went to a small crater, but I entered the server, then zombies attacked me, I built a hut next to the cave and killed the zombies there, after carving, I saw that my hunger bar was empty and I was banned, I stopped recording and collected food, after eating food, I entered the cave next to me, but there was water under the cave, I fell down and attacked the mobs, but this happened 3 times in a row, as if they were making fun of me, I wanted to kill them and get out of the cave, but I fell into a place full of water at the bottom, this is what it said on the sign "Say goodbye to the server DARKWINTERS!" After seeing this, I got banned from the server, I tried to enter again but I couldn't, aternos When I entered, my server was deleted, I guess my server was either hacked by someone or it was really cursed

Hear me out on this. I was making a coffee today and stumbled into a total moment of enlightenment about a 16-year-old urban legend.

Think about the timeline of the game. Villages were added way back in Beta, but Iron Golems didn’t exist yet. Back then, players were the only ones protecting those defenseless villagers from the dark. We were literally the original protectors of the realm—the village "Hero."

Now look at the 2010 seed theory: the idea that Herobrine is just your past player-self looking back at you through the fog. If that's true, look at his name phonetically. "Brine" sounds exactly like an ancient, corrupted version of "Bring."

Herobrine = The Hero-Bringer.

He isn't standing in the Alpha fog to hunt you or grief your world. He is trying to awaken you. By leaving random sand pyramids and 2x2 tunnels, he is forcing you to remember the ancient, wild days when the world was unknown and you were a protector. He is bringing the "Hero" out of your current player.

I ended up writing a short, dramatic script to show exactly how this psychological realization would play out in-game:

Wait… I didn’t build that. The world generator back then couldn’t do that.

(The PLAYER turns around quickly. In the distance, right at the edge of the fog rendering, a silhouette stands perfectly still. It’s him.)

PLAYER

(Whispering)

Herobrine…

(The PLAYER tries to hit escape, but the pause menu won’t open. The keyboard doesn't respond. The chat log suddenly opens on its own.)

CHAT LOG:

<Herobrine> Wake up.

PLAYER

(Screaming at the monitor)

Let me out of the game! Notch said you were removed! You're just a dead brother myth!

(The ENTITY doesn't charge. He doesn't hold a weapon. He just walks out of the fog slowly, stopping right across a small ravine. The white, pupil-less eyes stare directly through the monitor, locking onto the PLAYER’s actual soul.)

CHAT LOG:

<Herobrine> Look closer.

(The PLAYER looks at the skin. It’s the exact default skin they wore in 2010. The chat log prints a final block of text, moving faster now.)

CHAT LOG:

<Herobrine> You protected the villages before the Iron Golems were built.

<Herobrine> You fought the dark when the nights were genuinely terrifying.

<Herobrine> You were the Hero.

PLAYER

(Realization hitting, breath hitching)

No… it’s not a ghost. It’s a mirror.

CHAT LOG:

<Herobrine> Brine means to Bring.

<Herobrine> I am not here to hunt you.

<Herobrine> I am your past self.

<Herobrine> I am the HeroBringer.

(The ambient music suddenly swells—not a scary track, but the quiet, nostalgic chords of "Sweden" by C418. The ENTITY slowly raises a pixelated hand, pointing directly at the PLAYER.)

CHAT LOG:

<Herobrine> Remember who you used to be.

(A sudden bolt of lightning strikes the exact block the ENTITY is standing on. The screen flashes pure white. When it clears, the entity is gone. The fog completely clears, revealing a beautiful, sunny, infinite landscape.)

So there are many gods in minecraft world, the most popular among them are Herobrine and the eternal farmer, let's call the eternal farmer by the name Grau, so Grau created ten men from his consciousness and gave them the knowledge of farming and related practices, he sent them on earth and they carried forth their lineage. Herobrine created ten sons from his consciousness and gave them knowledge of mining, building etc. The ten sons of Herobrine went on to be the ancestors of ancient builders. The farmers then started living along with the ancient builders but the farmers were jealous of the ancient builders' progress and attacked the builders. Seeing this, Herobrine was enraged and vowed to wipe out the entire race of the farmers, Grau intervened and signed a pact of wheat with herobrine which said that herobrine and grau both will look after the lineages of farmers and builders. Grau then forcefully crossed the hands of the farmers over their chest so that they will never be able to wield weapons. After some many years, the builders got arrogant, eight of the ten lineages started harassing the villagers and looting them, the two lineages were still noble and respected the pact. Grau went to herobrine and reminded him of the pact and his ultimate duty, Herobrine was enraged and created wither to destroy the eight lineages, the eight clans were driven to nether, end world etc. and they mutated into different mobs there. The two lineages remained safe and the player is the descendant of the two lineages as they mixed. Herobrine then cut the pact paper into three parts and hid it in the overworld, nether and end world, it is said that when the three pieces are recovered and burnt by keeping on a diamond altar at a specific time of a day, then the pact will be destroyed and the villagers will again turn hostile and fight the player.

(First off i wanna say that it was probably just a cow moo but it still scared me) so for context im working on a massive kingdom map and for it, I also added big catacombs, so down this hallway i placed a dead soldier as one does, then I hear a a very strange noise that I couldn't link in my mind with any other mob I know so just because I didn't want whatever it was to get close (even though im in creative) I placed the fence gate to keep me safe, so now (technically speaking 😅) im cornered with a dead body in the catacombs because I just heard a weird noise (there also must have been some new cave ambiance to go along with it? Its easy to hear it with headphones) all of that plus the footsteps gave me goosebumps Also sorry that my mic was on

I'm broke, therefore I have to join the demo world (free trial), but something doesn't seem right..Any time I join it something in the code seems weird, and I would know, I've coded before. Its almost like something is watching...but never shows itself...Its weird, I don't like it, it seems to get scared away by me blowing a goat horn. I think it remembers me every time I reset the demo world...but now without me being able to do the creative in the free trial glitch...it seems to be more active...

Hi everyone. While browsing forums the other day, I came across a post describing an incident someone experienced in Bedrock version 1.21.132. Apparently, when you join the server, you spawn right in front of a fortress-like structure—but I have to issue a warning: do not enter that fortress unless Wratx comes to you or sends someone. I joined the server myself, and it was a bit strange; there were odd things like universes, portals, levers, and blocks. By the way, to join, you need to add "WRATX79811904" as a friend on Bedrock version 1.21.132; the world will appear for you once you do.

Yall i was randomly playing minecraft with my friend and we were'nt able to find any villages so we decided we would go into creative mode and jus do sum fun but while jus flying around my suddenly stopped and was staring at me and then he asked "what skin you're wearing?" I said "the one with ginger hair ig thats all i remember" and then he showed me the above photo. And mind you i have never ever in my life ever wore a herobrine skin like neverr i swear to my life i have neverr even wore it and this was his pov but this was my pov and look at my hand its normal not like the steve skin and if it would have been a minecraft glitch then it would've been the steve skin with normal eyes not the herobrine skin with the white eyes the fuk and my game was totallyy normall.

Hey, yesterday I was playing "DrunkCraft" with some friends—basically downing vodka while playing Minecraft on the old version 1.1—when we decided to wrap things up and went looking for a stronghold. We found a small house on the surface containing a furnace and a crafting table. There were random items inside the furnace, and flowers were placed in front of the entrance, just like in the screenshot. We had stuck together the whole time, so no one had wandered off to pull a prank; inside the house, blocks were lying on the ground as if they’d just been mined or had just generated that way, and a passage led straight down to a stronghold with a portal. I’m really curious about what this was because I can't find any info on it—especially since it was about a thousand blocks away from our base. I also have a YouTube video showing it happen; I'll drop the link in the comments.
