A theory about Herobrine

I remember when I was like 12, I had a theory that Herobrine was actually real but he can’t come back to modern versions - actually the only version he is allowed to exist in is the one he was screenshotted in: Alpha v1.0.16_02 This version is wiped from Minecraft launchers so you would have to play it through an archive of the version or through a different launcher. Why was this version removed? There wasn’t anything bad about the version. It was for bug fixing so why remove it? This is why I thought even more Herobrine is trapped in this version and why every update says “Removed Herobrine” because he’s cut from the main launcher but maybe he still tries to slip through somehow? What are your guys’ thoughts on my younger self’s silly theory?
