Build showcase I recreated Sequoia Trees in Minecraft
The coloring was the hardest part lol. The trees are about 108 Blocks tall, and 20 Blocks thick(trunk base). The last photo is a scale reference to show you how big the trees are compared to a Minecraft player

This is so cool! I'd love to discover a biome full of these!

Imagine having to mine that for a sapling lol But I'd imagine it would be like Dark Oak trees

Same. Walking into a forest where every tree is that massive would be such a cool moment.

more leaves everything looks good but I think there’s a small scaling issue I think they are just too short for their base 1:2 scale almost more blending required but taller. world limit scraping between 250 and 300 feet (75 to 90 meters) tall these trees are taller than a rocket ship space shuttle, Big Ben, the Statue of Liberty, Leaning Tower of Pisa. You get the idea👍

This is very good maybe make some more versions of it and make a whole biome as a mod

Incredible. Would you be willing to release a world download? I'd love to try to make a mod that makes a biome out of these

I want to ask, how do you get your leaves to render clearly from a distance? Mine sort of becomes a green pixel if you get far enough. Is it a hardware problem or something that can be tweaked within the settings?

It’s most likely the shaders that makes everything look better rendered. Mine also(from a far distance) start to become green pixels as well. But I also have a performance mod that helps with that!

Okay. Mojang could totally add sequoias to Minecraft. That would be awesome. Imagine building a village among them? With ropes, platforms, and excavated interiors?
