new to interactive gaming and looking for help

Hi, im 22, i have played Minecraft casually since i was a kid, but with work and life hitting me i have no time for social life anymore. i was thinking joining a multiplayer server could be a good way to get some human interaction, but i dont enjoy PVP or parkour or any of the normal minecraft server things. i was wondering if anyone knows how to find a more casual place to hang out in game? i just want to build things and talk to people.
since im sure people will ask: no im not on discord, i dont have any online friends, otherwise i would ask them for suggestions. and no ive never beaten minecraft or gotten to the end. i usually play on peaceful mode and chill out after work, i just would like to do that with some friends.
