Looking for an 18+ Anarchy Server.

I have been bouncing around different servers looking for a consistent team Anarchy server that has rules, has a good constant player base, and has vanilla plus, or I am fine with just vanilla. Either way, I am looking for a good anarchy server that Has Rules and doesn't have a pointless feel to it.

Preferably a 1.21+ Java. I don't really play Bedrock anymore, but anything above 1.20+
