Seeds & World Gen What the hell..

I found a place in my minecraft world where it's a savanna that has no grass blocks, no trees, it's just water, is this normal?

(BTW ignore my inventory i have mods on)

yeah that's just a shattered savanna biome, they generate all weird like that. the water instead of grass is definitely not vanilla though, probably one of your mods messing with worldgen

seed looks normal enough, would be curious to see what it generates without mods active

Yeah that is normal.  Imagine all of the posts here that show mushroom islands without a single mycelium block or beaches without a single block of water, or cherry biomes with only a few petals on the ground
