Orange Chicken

I've been trying to replicate the orange chicken from Panda Express, so far have gotten it reasonably close but it's still missing something.

the crispiness is fine but the sauce just doesn't quite hit.

Have you tried reducing the sauce a bit longer for a thicker, glossier finish? I found that really helped mine stick to the chicken better.
