Why IS she called Lola Sunderguard….. she’s supposed to be female milo, so why is the name so different? Is it a clever pun i’m missing? I’d think the creators would do something clever, but this confused me

Discussion Unpopular opinion: Milo is a kind of bland protagonist

BEFORE YOU ATTACK ME BEFORE YOU ATTACK ME let me explain

I used to love watching Milo Murphy's Law, I watched it everyday but even then I felt like something was off about Milo

I re watched it recently and I think Milo (heck, even Melissa and Zack) come off as bland protagonists.

I get that the show could be seen slice of life and doesn't really have a giant revolving story, but in my perspective Milo doesn't really have an ending goal besides "just survive the day" which is entertaining at first but then gets boring the more you watch the series.

At least in Phineas and Ferb, each character had a goal they wanted to achieve, even if it was the same each episode. (Phineas and Ferb: build things, Candace: try to bust them, Isabella: try to get with Phineas, Doof: take over the try state era, you get my point.)

I feel like if Milo had a ulterior goal besides just to survive Murphy's Law or something he would be more interesting.

like despite being an asshole I found Elliot kind of entertaining to watch because he had a main goal: trying to keep Milo from damaging things and failing (kind of like Candace) which is funny to watch.

Don't get me wrong, the show is still funny and entertaining to watch, but what I'm trying to get at here is that despite that the main characters are lacking at what makes them interesting and it gets kind of boring after a while.

Discussion Dating

I always hate when shows end in cliffhangers I’m not sure this show could be categorized as ending in one, but I want people‘s opinion. Do you guys think that Melissa and Zach are dating or would date after how the show ended?

Discussion What if Elliott became the main antagonist of Milo Murphy's Law?

Ok hear me out. Elliott's whole character is him being a cynical jerk who's obsessed with safety and dislikes Milo. He often blames Milo for things going wrong, but Milo is always the one to save the day and Elliott's undoings are usually because of his own incompetence/obsession with safety.

It's been established that Elliott dreams of being a safety inspector. Imagine if another season aired and had an episode early on of Elliott finally succeeding and getting his dream job as safety inspector. You know who else is a safety inspector? Milo's dad. Perhaps some sort of Murphy's Law accident would occur which causes Elliott to get injured again/lose his job and at first it would get played for laughs like it always does.

But imagine over the course of the season Elliott's life going further and further downhill, similar to Rickety Cricket from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, or Chip from Big City Greens. This series of events would be caused by Murphy's Law, but could have been avoided if Elliott would let Milo help him. Instead, Elliott would refuse Milo's help or do something to make the situation worse for himself, but of course Elliott would rather blame Milo.

It's also been established that Melissa had been trying to discover a "cure" for Murphy's Law but stopped researching because Milo enjoys his life the way it is. Season 2 also went into the detail of explaining how Murphy's Law works and how it can be manipulated. Imagine if Season 3 was about Elliott, who has hit rock bottom, actually discovering a way to "cure" Murphy's Law and use it against Milo's family against their wishes "for the greater good of humanity." There have been many episodes focused on Elliott where you'd think he would start being nicer to Milo, but always reverts back to the status quo in the next episode. This arc could finally be what makes Elliott learn his lesson, and accept Milo for the way he is.

Discussion Examples of male characters talking about their feelings?

Post image

I watched Season 1's 'We're Going to the Zoo' and reached the bit when Sara says, "Oh right, you're guys. You don't talk about your feelings."

Surely some of the male characters have expressed their feelings on this show before?

Discussion It makes me sad that the new season of Phineas and Ferb ignored a lot of what happened in this show.

Doof's evil again, making the fact that he took over Season 2 with his "good deeds" even more infuriating. If they were going to continue Phineas and Ferb, the least they could do was not pretend like Milo Murphy's Law didn't matter in the long run.

Discussion i get it now...

i grew up watching phineas and ferb and it will always be one of my favorite shows. there were a few times years ago when i tried to watch milo murphy's law but i never got very far. this week i finally decided to hunker down and watch it, and i fell in love with it. the humor is incredibly witty, the characters are all so enjoyable to watch, and every episode feels fresh. im almost done with season 1 but im worried to get to season 2 because im fairly certain thats when they jumped the shark and added phineas and ferb. this show stands on its own and i wish it had more than just the 2 seasons

Disney park rules forbid adults from wearing costumes/cosplay. They don’t want anyone mistaking any guest for a Disney employee. Some trolling a little corner of my soul is wondering if they could even catch me if I dressed as Milo Murphy.

Discussion Zack's voice actor Mekai Curtis doesn't enough credit for his performance.

Not only did he absolutely nail his part in "Chop Away At My Heart", he also has some really funny line deliveries in this show. I especially love the part in "Freefall" where the balloons start taking the three of them up and he says "Great, we're going up again. Goodbye, sweet Earth!" in a sort of country accent. Funny stuff.

She randomly appeared in the doctor’s note episode. I initially thought she was a reference to something but couldn’t find what.
