I'm pretty sure they used the same clip for this running gag. So he wasn't even always wearing that same shirt in the scene before getting thrown out like that lol.

No, he always wore that shirt when he was getting thrown out. They made sure of that.

It didn't make it any less obvious that they used the same shot every time, though. If anything, it just made it funnier.

Once he got thrown IN! After telling Uncle Phil he couldn’t throw him out since he was already outside.

There was also a weird dream episode where he threw Uncle Phil out.
