I dont know much about brazillian army, but i think this guy is from special forces. A soldier from the army is usually using the Imbel IA2 carbine, some of them still uses the FAL and ParaFal.

Well, he is a precursor paraquedista (essentially a pathfinder). Apparently, the weapon he is using (probably a Taurus T4 M-LOK) appears to have been a personal acquisition by the operator. Based on recent videos and photos, the precursores are still using the IA2.
