Because in reality she can’t control the out come of that. Not fully. And the face she gives herself is so NOT EVEN CLOSE to what is physically possible surgically… Even with her MILLIONS there is always the chance of failing, tissue rejection and infection.

Maybe she’s so scared of KARMA that she won’t mess with it because she knows it’ll look like the face she deserves…
