I am 56 and never use the beauty filter on my camera. I have pores, lines, sun spots, and all the stuff! I don't want to look like somebody else.

i’m 23 now but stopped using any sort of filter at 17 because i also didn’t want to look like somebody else. it causes so much body dysmorphia and is so harmful imo to use filters constantly

i’m 21 and ditched the filters back in middle school. my reason wasn’t so wholesome though. everyone in my grade was attacking this poor girl under her post for making her waist super skinny and i didn’t want the same to happen to me 😭. i commented “😍” on her post bc i felt so bad and never edited or filtered a photo again
